About Arlene Chaires

Dating back to high school, Arlene was drawn to the escrow industry after working in the Career Center at her high school. Her job was to return calls to employers in the community who were looking to hire students

In April 1991, she returned a call to an escrow company, and talked to them for over an hour about the world of escrow and couldn’t wait to start her career! And, the rest is history.

Today, Arlene Chaires brings nearly three decades of experience to the team at American Trust Escrow.

In addition to successfully managing traditional resales and refinances, she also has extensive experience with helping clients through REO’s, relocations and mobile home escrows. With a background in accounting, she also able to provide valuable information and navigate tax issues and delinquency situations with ease for the clients she serves.

From a community involvement standpoint, Arlene supports the Pango Group mission of  “enhancing the lives of the people, partners, and communities we serve.”She is actively involved with the community through AYSO and the PTA at Torrance High School and genuinely loves getting involved with the community and volunteering to help make a positive impact on the local youth.

When Arlene isn’t creating happy clients and giving back to the community, she enjoys spending time with her husband, kids and dogs.
