With over three decades of experience in the escrow industry, Lori Padelford-Garcia possesses a great deal of experience and experience in not only traditional escrow transactions, but also in transactions in refinances, tracts, short sales, probate and commercial.

Over the years, she has successfully worked with clients throughout Southern California and also managed a reputable office for 15 years.

Her ability to help clients understand the escrow process, make them feel as secure as possible and continuously enhance her knowledge base as just a few ways she has been able to create raving fans out of her clients and other parties involved in the transactions.

From a young age, Lori knew that she wanted to be a positive influence in this industry and that she has been. In addition to serving clients with a high-level of customer service and ensuring even the most complicated escrow transactions close seamlessly and successfully, she has also guided and supported her office and other escrow officers.

Born and raised in Hawthorne, Lori possesses a genuine attachment to the community. When she isn’t creating a positive experience for clients or offering support to her team, Lori enjoys traveling, spending time with her husband and rescuing dogs from local shelters.
