Bio:

Eva Chan offers her clients a holistic real estate perspective as a Certified Escrow Officer with American Trust Escrow in Alhambra. Having spent more than 15 years as a real estate broker selling real estate for such companies as Century 21 and Coldwell Banker, she instinctively understands the needs and requirements of real estate agents and brokers. Her natural affinity for organization and processing led her to the escrow side of the business in 2003.

“Over the years, I’ve received many new agent referrals from brokers because of my understanding of the entire process,” she commented. “Working in escrow allows me to continue helping people while applying my strongest skills.” Well regarded for her meticulous attention to detail, Eva concentrates on commercial, multi-family residential, income properties and bulk sale transactions. Her fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and Fukien also enables her to work with many communities in the San Gabriel Valley. She is directly involved in escrow officer training at American Trust Escrow and frequently provides marketing seminars for agents and brokers.

Outside of the office, Eva channels her energy into power walking and yoga to keep her mind and body fit. She also enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.
