Bio:

I have been working as an escrow officer for over 18 years and have worked on many complex transactions related to special financing such as All Inclusive Deeds of Trust, HUD loans, SBA loans and Assumption and Seller carry back loans. I have vast experience in handling commercial properties that are related to shopping centers, office buildings, franchise hotels, skilled nursing homes, assisted living facilities and other senior housing projects.

I am well aware of the needs of my clients and my staff is well-trained to handle complex problems. Efficiency is an integral part of my service, quick response to my clients’ needs is of paramount importance in order to avoid compounding an issue. I am savvy in finding solutions to complex problems and I am friendly and pleasant to work with. I also can be easily reached either by phone or email and provide regular updates to my clients.
