Ruby Tang serves as an Escrow Officer with American Trust Escrow in Pasadena and has been in the industry for nearly 15 years. She provides an excellent foundation of experience in residential, commercial, short sales and REO escrows.

It seems real estate runs in the family. “My sister recruited me as an escrow assistant,” she offered. “That was years ago, and I continue to be stimulated by the escrow business. Every day is something new – people, regulations, transactions.” Ruby’s love of communications and process has led to a long and rich history of repeat clients and ongoing referrals. She is a member of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) and is fluent in Spanish, Cantonese as well as English.

Although her first love is escrow, the Los Angeles Lakers aren’t far behind in her estimation. In her spare time, she enjoys attending basketball games, snow skiing and is a frequent supporter of the Cancer Foundation.
