Adela Tang is an Escrow Officer with American Trust Escrow in Pasadena. Having served the escrow community for nearly 30 years, she brings a significant base of knowledge and experience to her clients that cover a wide variety of escrow transactions including residential, commercial and bulk sales.

Understanding the vast intricacies of real estate comes naturally to Adela whose family is very active in the real estate industry. “Along with two other partners my sister and I started our own escrow company in 1986 and just recently sold it and came to American Trust Escrow,” she mentioned. “Although American Trust has a large network of offices, I still feel very much a part of a family. Management strives to keep us trained and current in today’s changing real estate market.” Adela is known for her proactive stance with clients. She believes in open communications, staying on top of files and managing complex transactions with the smooth efficiency that comes with years of experience.

An active outdoorswoman, Adela enjoys participating in walking marathons that have included Revlon’s Walk for the Cure and the Long Beach Marathon. She is also an ambassador for the Lending Hope Foundation, an international organization that assists poverty-level entrepreneurs.
